[Review] Perfect Game by Collette West

For New York Kings' first baseman Scott Harper, scoring women is easy. He's ready to get naked anytime, anywhere. But when a hacker leaks his nude selfies, he's unprepared for the scrutiny his full-frontals receive.

Carrie McKenzie has a love-hate relationship with her body. No longer the fat chick guys can ignore, she wins the job as the Kings' clubhouse reporter. With her svelte new figure, she nabs an exclusive interview with Scott to get his take on the scandal.

However, the two are already on a first-name basis after Scott came on to her in the hotel bar, and she woke up in his arms. The problem is that Scott doesn't do relationships and Carrie doesn't date jocks, yet the way they burn up the sheets is deserving of more than just a one-night stand.

Scott shows Carrie that he has a sweet, caring side beneath all the swagger. But can she really trust her heart to the biggest player in the game?

I ♥ a good Baseball romance. They literally melt me all the time.
I've read another book in this series a while a go so it was nice swinging back through Kings Stadium. This time we meet Scott Harper typical ladies man until his images are leaked on the net revealing him and famous conquests.
His reputation with women suffers but nothing really matters once Carrie McKenzie, the clubhouse reporter steps in to fill that void.
Their romance goes from flirting to sex to love and it's adorable to read, however it's not without the shit.
Her family has more hold over Scotty than I expected and when they don't like what's blooming between the love birds they're shattered.
This book certainly has it's share of scandal, and then some.
At about 59% though I mentioned to someone I thought it was dragging I mean so much had happened and yet I could see what was coming... maybe not all of it, but some and the closer I got towards the end the more I skimmed...
Other than that I loved the book and the characters
